According to the latest news from China Central Television (CCTV), on March 1st, local time, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated that, as of now, the strong earthquake that occurred in southern Turkey on February 6th has resulted in damage to 203,958 buildings. President Erdoğan mentioned that, up to this point, there have been over 11,400 aftershocks, with the epicenter located in the province of Kahramanmaraş. Additionally, the situation is severe in ten other provinces. Turkey has sadly seen over 45,000 casualties due to the earthquake.
