The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing Delegation visited and exchanged experiences at Hongyuan's Haneda Warehouse in Japan

Recently, the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing Equipment Committee, along with the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing Clothing Logistics Branch, organized a delegation of domestic clothing and logistics companies, as well as equipment manufacturers, for a visit and inspection in Japan. The delegation visited the Hongyuan warehouse in Haneda, Japan, as well as other well-known logistics company parks.

Mr. Chen Da, General Manager of Hongyuan Japan Division, provided a detailed and vivid presentation to the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing delegation. He introduced the business areas, warehouse overview, development of international air freight services at Hongyuan Japan Haneda Warehouse. Additionally, he discussed Hongyuan's transportation services in Japan, including Amazon, full-truckload, express, less-than-truckload, and cross-border direct mail BC/CC services. The delegation was also given a tour of Hongyuan's cross-border warehouses and operational procedures.

Hongyuan Japan Haneda Warehouse.

Hongyuan Japan Haneda Smart Warehouse is located just 800 meters from Tokyo Haneda Airport. It represents a new benchmark in the field of cross-border e-commerce trade based on the "smart logistics" concept. With a warehouse area of nearly 8,000 square meters, a monthly processing capacity of 3,000 tons, and the ability to handle 100,000 e-commerce parcels per day, the facility also boasts a daily production capacity of 30,000 e-commerce parcels. It is a rare customs-supervised warehouse that can simultaneously perform first-level and second-level bonded operations. The warehouse offers a range of services, including import and export declarations (general cargo/express mail/small parcels), bonded operations, export assembly, import disassembly, cross-border e-commerce B2B/B2C operations, warehousing and storage, logistics processing, and delivery. It is equipped with a 1,300-square-meter intelligent AGV robot operation area and an automated assembly line, significantly reducing labor costs, minimizing human contact, and improving cargo handling efficiency.

Hongyuan Japan Haneda Warehouse is an essential part of Hongyuan's international business expansion. During this visit and exchange with the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing inspection team, Hongyuan shared its experience and knowledge. In the future, Hongyuan will leverage its business expertise and collaborate with association resources to explore innovative solutions in cross-border logistics.
